菊花木
Bauhinia championii (Benth.) Benth.
別名:龍鬚藤、燕尾藤、鉤(鈎)藤、缺葉藤、九龍藤、龍鬚藤、菊花藤、花藤、蝶藤
形態:
木質藤本,枝條深褐色,具稜。單葉互生,葉柄綠色兩端膨大,葉膜質,卵形或闊卵形,長 4.5-6.5 cm,寬 3.7-4.9 cm,葉全緣,葉脈基出5脈,細脈網狀,葉背脈凸起。總狀花序腋生或頂生,花梗長約 9-10 mm;苞片褐色,被毛,長三角形,極小;花白色,輪狀,冠徑約 6.5 mm;花萼筒狀闊鐘形,被伏毛,先端 5 裂,裂片長三角形;花瓣 5,白色,長倒卵形,長約 4.5 mm,寬約 2.8 mm,基部具絲狀長柄;雄蕊二形,著生花盤四周,3 長 2 短;花絲白色,有孕者長約 10 mm,不孕者長約 3.2 mm;花藥黃褐色,丁字著生,2 室縱裂。雌蕊子房扁長柱形,子房上位,具柄,被毛,著生花盤側邊;花柱長約 3.8 mm;柱頭點狀;胚珠扁球形,1-數枚,側膜胎座。果梗長約 12 mm,子房柄長約 2.3 mm;果實莢果,扁平狀鐮刀形,長約 9 cm,寬約 2.7 cm,厚約 1.8 mm,萼片及柱頭宿存。

九龍藤《南寧市藥物誌》為龍鬚藤的根或莖,味苦性平,有祛風除濕、行氣活血之效,主治風濕痹痛、跌打損傷、偏癱、胃脘痛、疳積、痢疾。九龍藤葉《南寧市藥物誌》為龍鬚藤的葉,味甘苦性平,有利尿、化瘀、理氣止痛之效,主治小便不利、腰痛、跌打損傷。過江龍子《嶺南採藥錄》為龍鬚藤的種子,味苦辛性溫,有行氣止痛、活血化瘀之效,主治脅肋脹痛、胃脘痛、跌打損傷。《中華本草》
藥理研究:
肝保護作用 [1]:菊花木水提取能明顯減少四氯化碳所引發的 GOT、GPT 急性增加及改善脂肪病變、周圍細胞壞死、淋巴細胞浸潤等病理。抗氧化作用 [2]:菊花木莖水提取物表現超氧化物自由基和羥自由基的強清除活性。軟骨細胞增殖作用 [3]:菊花木多糖 (BCBPs) 能減少在 G0/G1 期軟骨細胞群,而增加在 S 期的細胞群。此外,BCBP 治療增強細胞週期蛋白 D1、CDK4 和 CDK6的表達。抗發炎活性 [4-6]:菊花木提取改善 II 型膠原蛋白誘導大鼠關節炎 (CIA) 的病變、抑制足蹠腫脹、減輕增加的體重;也會下調血液中 TLR4、MyD88 和 NF-κB 蛋白和 mRNA 的表達。菊花木提取乙酸乙酯提取物 (BCBEE) 改善足蹠和關節水腫及病變,降低血清 IL-1、TNF-α;也下調 NF-κB (p65)、IκB、pIκB 和 IKKb 的蛋白質和 mRNA 表達。BCBEE 會抑制初代培養滑膜細胞的增殖和下調NF-κB、IκB、IKKb。同樣的菊花木提取 (BCBE) 對 CIA 模型的足蹠腫脹會明顯抑制;會改善包括滑膜增生和軟骨和骨破壞病理改變。滑膜組織中的 IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α 和 NF-κB 蛋白質和 mRNA 表達顯著被 BCBE 下調。心肌缺血-再灌流損傷的保護作用 [7-8]:菊花木黃酮 (BCF) 對冠狀動脈左前降支結紮後再灌注的心肌缺血/再灌注損傷 (MI/RI) 大鼠,BCF 通過減少細胞凋亡和過度的自噬作用來保護心肌 MI/RI 損傷。菊花木黃酮 BCF 也能減輕脂質過氧化損傷、炎症反應和細胞凋亡而對心肌缺血/再灌注損傷具保護作用。
化學成分研究:
★由菊花木根部分離到 3',4'-methylenedioxy-5,6,7,5'-tetramethoxy flavone, 5,6,7,3',4',5'-hexamethoxyflavone, 5,6,7,3',4'-pentamethoxyflavone, 5,7,5'-tri methoxy-3',4'-dimethylenedioxyflavone, 5,7,3',4',5'-pentamethoxy flavone, 5,7,3',4'- tetramethoxyflavone, gallic acid, bauhinin [9-10★]。★ 從菊花木莖部分離到前述根部成分外,還有 friedelin, 4-methylisoquiritigenin, strobopinin, syringic acid, d-catechin [11★]。菊花木藤莖也分離到 2,4,6-trimethoxyphenol-1-O-b-D-(6’-O-galloyl) glucopyranoside, (±)-南燭木樹脂酚 (lyoniresinol), 胡蘿蔔苷 (daucosterol), b-谷甾醇 (b-sitosterol), 沒食子酸 (gallicacid) [12];楊梅素 (myricetin), quercetin, 山奈酚 (kaempferol), b-谷甾醇 (b-sitosterol), 三十烷 (triacontane) 和六十烷 (hexacontane) [13]。
