近期研究方向簡介:
本實驗室聚焦於癌症抗藥性、免疫逃脫與治療反應監測三大挑戰,藉由多體學整合、動物模型與液態活檢技術,探索機制並發展臨床轉譯應用。
1.中藥於癌症抗藥與轉移之機制研究:結合多體學分析與癌症動物平台,探討中藥或天然物在腫瘤抗藥性與轉移過程中的作用,並釐清外泌體與腫瘤微環境重塑的關鍵角色。
2.非小細胞肺癌免疫治療之影響:研究中藥黃芩與氧化蛋白及訊號對 PD-L1表現的調控機制,評估其在免疫檢查點抑制劑治療中的敏感性調節作用,並開發潛在的分子標誌物。
3.釔90放射栓塞治療之液態活檢應用:建立胞外體與循環游離 DNA 檢測平台,監測接受釔90 放射栓塞治療之肝膽惡性腫瘤患者的復發風險,期望發展早期預後與治療決策指標,希望透過這樣的經驗結合到精準中醫藥學的應用。
