研究簡介:
藥用真菌多醣体在醫藥領域的利用,近來有廣泛的報導。如:抗腫瘤、抗發炎、抗癌、抗肝炎、抗血小板凝集。此計劃的目的,在探討如何從培養、萃取、化學及生物活性之品質管制下,生產及純化有生物活性的藥用真菌多醣体。藉由培養條件的微調、控制、多醣体的指紋圖譜及純化、生物活性指標,提升有效多醣体的產量。本研究室將針對藥用真菌,進行大量培養,純化多醣体,及生物活性機轉之探討。選擇液態培養,有利於產業的大量生產。本研究的主要目標是尋找大量生產優質真菌多醣体的條件。我們深信建立一個有品質管制的真菌多醣体生產平台,包括培養、純化、化學
分析及生物活性探討,是必要的。而真菌多醣体之研究,對未來發展抑制血管新生的藥物,及動脈週狀硬化治療之研究,將提供更多的基礎學理與應用。
