研究簡介:
  1. 1998年開始研究中草藥治療AD,以初級培養的皮質神經元作為神經元模型,通過神經保護作用研究AD治療。 2001年,《Journal of Biochemistry》發表了黃酮類化合物對神經保護作用的研究。
  2. 2010 年,以皮質微小膠細胞初級培養和混合膠細胞初級培養作為神經發炎細胞模型,用於研究 AD 的抗神經發炎研究。2013年兩篇論文發表在《Journal of Biomedical Science》上。
  3. 2015 年,開始利用通過高脂肪飲食和鏈脲佐菌素處理的 APP/PS1基因轉殖小鼠建立代謝應激加重 AD 的動物模型。四項研究發表在《Neurobiology of Aging》等學術期刊上。 2016-2018年,使用細胞模型和APP/PS1轉基因小鼠模型在《Journal of Biomedical Science》和《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》上發表了一系列相關於erinacines的研究。
  4. 2017年,研究合成的羥基功能化二苯乙烯和2-芳基苯併[b]呋喃的神經保護研究,發表在《Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》上。
