研究簡介:
本研究室之研究興趣在於研發小分子天然物與參與其生合成路徑之酵素應用,藉由挖礦模式來開發新的藥物,研究主題包括:

  1. 生物活性化合物之純化與鑑定
  2. 天然物化學與其生合成路徑
  3. 微生物未知的小分子化合物和蛋白質之開發
  4. 小分子-蛋白質複合物晶體結構
