國家中醫藥研究所與中醫師公會全國聯合會合作建置了清冠一號(NRICM101)醫療資訊平台，為確診COVID-19的病患及其家屬提供視訊診療需求。透過「清冠一號動態查詢表」，用戶可以查詢提供清冠一號的中醫醫療院所名單及當日清冠一號的庫存量，方便民眾獲得所需的醫療資訊。

在統計方面，清冠一號(NRICM101)的使用量估計是基於我們建置的授權清冠一號GMP中藥廠商與診所供應機制監測系統。此系統統計了瀏覽總人數以及台灣健保資料庫中公費清冠一號(NRICM101)使用的官方紀錄使用人次。此外，這些統計數據並未包含在國外Amazon系統對全球銷售的部分。根據保守估計，清冠一號的總使用人次已超過2,000,000人次。

The National Research Institute of Chinese Medicine, in collaboration with the National Union of Chinese Medical Doctors' Associations, has established the NRICM101 Medical Information Platform. This platform is designed to meet the telemedicine needs of COVID-19 confirmed patients and their families. Through the "NRICM101 Dynamic Inquiry Table," users can check the list of Chinese medicine medical institutions that provide NRICM101 and the current inventory of NRICM101 for the day, facilitating access to necessary medical information.

Regarding statistics, the estimated usage of NRICM101 is based on a monitoring system we have established for authorized NRICM101 GMP Chinese medicine manufacturers and clinic supply mechanisms. This system tracks the total number of visits and the official usage records of publicly funded NRICM101 in the Taiwan National Health Insurance Database. Additionally, these statistics do not include conservative estimates of global sales through the Amazon system abroad. According to conservative estimates, the total number of NRICM101 users has exceeded 2,000,000
