[活動] : 2024 雙十年會暨國際學術研討會
2024 雙十年會 : 亞洲傳統醫學國際研究學會(IASTAM)與亞洲醫學史學會(ASHM)是第十次的年會(大約每3-4年舉辦一次年會），也是全球最重要的學會，致力於推動亞洲醫學的研究。儘管由於COVID-19大流行的深遠影響，使得「雙十年會」被延期四年，但這種世紀性的劫難讓人類見證了傳統醫學在應對新興傳染病方面的非凡能力。同時，它也促使人們重新評估傳統醫學在疾病治療和健康護理領域的價值和角色。因此，2024年召開「雙十年會」成為了一個非常合適的時機，來聚集不同地區的經驗和分享洞察，將在台北共同召開「雙十年會暨國際學術研討會」，由本所與中華醫藥促進基金會共同主辦為期五天的會議匯聚了全球亞洲醫學與醫學史領域的專家學者，共同探討亞洲醫學的歷史、現狀與未來。

2024 Double Tenth Conference : The International Association for the Study of Traditional Asian Medicine (IASTAM) and the Asian Society for the History of Medicine (ASHM) are hosting their tenth conference (held approximately every 3-4 years), making it one of the most significant global assemblies dedicated to advancing the research of Asian medicine. Despite the profound impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which led to a four-year postponement of the "Double Tenth Conference," this century's calamity has showcased the remarkable capacity of traditional medicine in addressing emerging infectious diseases. Simultaneously, it has prompted a reevaluation of the value and role of traditional medicine in disease treatment and healthcare. Therefore, convening the "Double Tenth Conference" in 2024 has become a highly opportune time to gather experiences and share insights from different regions. The "Double Tenth Conference and International Academic Symposium" will be jointly held in Taipei, co-hosted by this institution and the Chinese Medical Advancement. Foundation. This five-day conference will bring together global experts and scholars in the fields of Asian medicine and the history of medicine to explore the history, present situation, and future of Asian medicine.
